Requirements:
- 4 - 8 years' of Real Estate Investment's experience at either a Private Equity firm (preferred), Investment Management firm or Tier One Investment Bank
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management
- Prior Office investment experience, coming from an acquisitions/investments background.
- Prior experience in Asset Management is highly desired as there is a split between Asset Management & Acquisitions
- Ambitious, inquisitive & a self-starter
Total compensation is expected to be between $275,000 - $350,000
