Key Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis, assist in collecting and evaluating market data to identify investment opportunities.
- Financial evaluation: participate in building and reviewing financial models to assess investment returns, including cash flow analysis, risks, and returns.
- Due diligence: Support the evaluation of target assets through financial, technical, and legal due diligence.
- Reporting and presentations: prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investors, providing analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Investment monitoring: Assist in the ongoing monitoring of portfolio asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement or any potential issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience** in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, or asset management, preferably with a focus on infrastructure.
- Strong skills in financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
- Knowledge of key corporate and financial valuation concepts, including discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and debt instruments.
- Good understanding of infrastructure markets and alternative investments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
