This position is to be based in Washington, District of Columbia and visa sponsorship will not be provided.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Real Estate experience, preferably within affordable housing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in using Excel, Argus, CoStar, and other relevant software to create financial models and conduct market analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Located in either Washington DC or willing to relocate
- Provide financial insights to support the COO and senior leadership in making strategic decisions regarding budget allocation, expenditures, and capital investments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and maintain market awareness in targeted markets through direct and reviews of third-party research.
- Prepare comprehensive investment presentations for senior leadership, investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate due diligence, vendor management, and closing processes.
