The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in investment management, with a proven track record in fundraising and investment strategies within the real estate sector. As a key player in the organization, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the development and execution of real estate investment strategies, focusing on maximizing returns and managing risks.
- Oversee investment portfolios ensuring optimal performance, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification.
- Drive capital raising efforts, identifying and cultivating relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and other potential capital partners.
- Lead due diligence processes for new acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring all transactions are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging market trends and develop growth strategies in line with market conditions.
- Provide leadership to junior investment managers and analysts, ensuring professional growth and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and present investment proposals to internal stakeholders and potential investors.
- Maintain strong industry networks to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor regulatory environments and ensure compliance with all local and international legal requirements related to real estate investments.

Requirements
- At least 10 of experience in investment management or transaction with a significant focus on real estate.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and securing capital from institutional investors, pension funds and individuals.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in Nordic countries.
- Proven ability to manage complex investment portfolios and deliver consistent returns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
